Delivery and Returns

Delivery 

Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order.  (Please note Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days).  We charge £3.99 per delivery.

Returns

We do hope you love your R E S C A items, however if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase you can return them to us within 14 days from your order date.   

Please email us at hello@resca.co.uk including your order number and reason for the return or exchange in the email.  

We will then send you a return label and QR code via email.  Please note returns are at a cost to the customer at £1.99 per order.

Once we have received and checked your return we will process your refund or exchange.  Please allow 7-10 days from receipt of parcel for us to process this. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept items back that have been used, worn or washed so please make sure the items you are returning are in the same condition that you received them with tags still on and no sign of wear or stains including make up, sweat or deodorant marks. (it does happen!)
